Product Care: The company is not responsible for issues such as bleeding, damage to print, or color fading due to washing.

Embroidery: Only the embroideries mentioned on the inlays are provided. Additional embellishments used in the stitching are for shoot purposes only.

Customs Duties: Any applicable customs duties during delivery must be paid in full by the customer.

Exchange Requirements: To process an exchange, clients must provide an invoice or email confirmation issued by the company.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes to orders cannot be made, and orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 5% fee of the total order amount to cover transaction fees and administrative costs.

Return Shipping Costs: Rania Zara Studio will not cover return shipping charges.

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with our returns policy. You must take good care of the articles until they reach Rania Zara Studio in the same condition as when you received them. Inspect the articles for any damage, including variations, beading/sequence displacement, or any damage caused by improper care. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if damage occurs to the articles.

Delivery and Returns: Articles not received by Rania Zara Studio will not be eligible for any return requests. Always use recorded delivery and retain proof of delivery. Inspect goods without causing damage, including original packaging and labels/tags.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Rania Zara Studio, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:

Return Window: We accept returns for exchanges or store credit only if initiated within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You must notify us of the return within 24 hours of delivery. Returns requested beyond this timeframe will not be processed.

Restocking Fee: To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

Late Return Fee: If items are returned after 7 days from delivery, a late fee of 20% of the total purchase amount will be charged.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Custom Made and Bridal Items:
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made dresses, bridal gowns, and standard-size dresses with custom alterations are non-refundable. These items can only be altered if necessary.
- Alteration Time and Costs: Alterations for bridal items typically take between 45 to 60 days. Please note that the cost of postage for alterations is also the customer's responsibility.
Exchange / Store Credit Policy
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and quality checked. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email or WhatsApp message. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to complete the return process.
Approved Returns:
If your return is approved, you will have the following options:
- Exchange: Replace the returned item with another product.
- Store Credit: Receive a credit for future purchases.
- Refund: Available with a 15% restocking fee.
The option selected will be processed within 14 working days, with your confirmation.
