Our website aims to provide a user friendly and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, however if sometimes there is an issue with a particular order, we are here to help. Please read our guidelines for our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY before placing your order. By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, many of which are made-to-order according to clients' BESPOKE specific size requests, (the BESPOKE personalized service we provide), we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste, change of mind, or if an item does not suit your body type. We understand that online shopping can sometimes make it difficult to visualize the fit and style of a garment, and we encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, size charts, and any available images or videos before placing your order. Please read the product description thoroughly before buying. Once order has been placed, the sale is taken as FINAL. it is customers responsibility to check all the details.

All Sales Are Final:
All sales made through this website are final. Once an order is placed and processed (24 hours window) it cannot be cancelled or modified. We have to follow this strictly as we are on a tight timeline so get the orders forward to the relevant brand immediately to be delivered in time.
Credit Notes Only:
In the limited circumstances where a return is approved (as outlined below), we only offer credit notes for future purchases.
Exceptions: We will consider returns (for credit notes only) only in the following limited circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will then assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or a credit note. We always sent out videos before dispatching your outfits so you can check thoroughly. PLEASE NOTE! Due to the nature of the outfits and its delicacy, shifting of the embellishments and threads DO NO COUNT AS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. Once dispatched from our end and if the outfit has been compromised after leaving the warehouse, we do not take responsibility of the couriers or handling of the outfits.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the incorrect item. We will then arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges (if applicable):
In the event of a damaged/defective or incorrect item, the following conditions must be met for a return (for credit note) to be considered:
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Disclaimer:
We make every effort to accurately display the colours and details of our products on our website. However, due to variations in monitor settings and photography, there may be slight differences between the actual product and what you see online. We do not consider these minor variations as defects. The products displayed on our site, are high end bespoke outfits, with a combination of handwork, delicate embellishments and embroidery. Due to the delicacy (nature) of the outfits the varying/shifting of the embellishments doesn’t consider as faulty or damaged.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS WRONG ITEM HAS BEEN SENT. Some sale might be on a reduced price due to slight damage hence the price is reduced, we still however try and send pictures to our customers before dispatching for transparency.

Delivery timelines:
Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are calculated on working days and does not include weekends and public holidays in Pakistan and UK.
 Rania Zara Studio endeavours to deliver outfits within estimated timeline advised on the website, however if the item is delayed due to exceptional circumstances such as Customs stoppage, issues with air transport, courier issues or COVID related supply chain delays, which are out of our control, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any dates missed. Customers should therefore aim to place orders well in advance of the date for which the outfits are required.

If you decide to cancel a order within 24 hours which is based on ordering as per requested size, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of your total order to cover the transaction fee and admin costs.

* All orders are sent for processing within 24 hours after payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled, as we are on a tight timeline to forward them to the relevant brand.
* During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.

Delivery Times:
Production Timelines: These timelines vary depending on the designer and outfit type. Kindly refer to the product description for accurate delivery estimates.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs Duties (International Orders):
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.


Delivery Issues:
Ensure the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delivery complications.
Once dispatched from our end and if the outfit has been compromised after leaving the warehouse, we do not take responsibility of the couriers or handling of the outfits.
