Items that are custom-made, made-to-order, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty.

*2. FINAL SALES CLAUSE*
Due to the bespoke nature of many of our garments, *all sales are considered final unless the item is faulty or incorrect.*
Once an order is placed and processed (within 24 hours), it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
If an order is cancelled within the 24-hour window and is a custom-sized order, a 10% admin and transaction fee will apply.

Slight shifting of embellishments, loose threads, minor embroidery irregularities, or colour differences due to lighting/screens are not considered defects.
All items are thoroughly inspected and videos are recorded before dispatch for quality control.
We do not take responsibility for courier damage or handling issues after dispatch.
b) Incorrect Item Sent
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the incorrect item.
- If confirmed, the correct item will be sent to you at no extra cost.
